This is the bottle that lives next to our cooker — and the one Malta's chefs reorder every week. Our Kalamata extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed from hand-picked olives grown in the Peloponnese, giving a soft, fruity oil with green, grassy aromas and a gentle peppery kick at the back of the throat.
It's versatile enough to cook with every day (stable to around 210 °C) and beautiful enough to finish a dish. Pour it over a Greek salad, roast potatoes in it, or simply dip warm Maltese bread.
