Oak honey is one of Greece's rarer honeydew honeys: very dark, with deep malty and caramel-like flavours and a pleasant hint of bitterness. It's less sweet than most honey, which is exactly why chefs love it with strong cheeses and in glazes for pork, lamb and roasted root vegetables.
Raw and unblended, it's strained and jarred without heating, so it keeps its natural character.

Malta: delivery in 1–3 working days. Gozo: 2–4 working days. Free collection from our Qormi store by appointment.
Storage: keep olive oil and honey in a cool, dark cupboard — never next to the hob. Honey may crystallise naturally; warm the jar gently in water to bring it back.
Is your honey raw?
Yes — our Greek honey is never pasteurised and never blended. It's strained and jarred, so it keeps its natural character.
What is the difference between pine and oak honey?
Both are honeydew honeys. Pine honey is amber and softly woody; oak honey is darker, with malty, caramel-like notes and a little less sweetness.
My honey has gone solid — is it still good?
Absolutely. Crystallisation is natural in raw honey. Warm the jar gently in water and stir, and it will be runny again.
